Making sense of organizational complexity — together.

I help leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complex, cross-functional challenges — connecting people, ideas, and perspectives, and turning insight into momentum.

"

Communication and collaboration are key areas of frustration and opportunity in organizations today.

A working belief
What I Do

When challenges are messy, human, and resistant to simple solutions.

My work lives at the intersection of communication, leadership, and facilitation — helping people move forward together when the path isn't obvious or things are stuck.

Communication & Leadership Development

I design and deliver training, presentations, and keynotes that address today's workplace challenges — building confidence, trust, and capability within teams.

Options include:

  • Speaking and presenting with confidence
  • Understanding your personal brand
  • Mindful & inclusive leadership
  • Better human, better career (the power of curiosity, communication, and courage)
  • Facilitation 101 (for meetings, presentations, etc.)

I also build training tailored just for you.

Facilitative Conversations

I design and lead the conversations that matter — making space for multiple viewpoints while guiding groups toward clarity and decision.

Examples include:

  • Bring people together around complex issues — creating space for diverse perspectives, thoughtful questions, and productive dialogue. The City of Red Deer; Safe Harbour
  • Navigate challenging conversations — helping groups work through competing perspectives, uncertainty, and difficult decisions. Ad Hoc Aquatic Facility Committee, City of Red Deer
  • Turn dialogue into direction — moving conversations toward clarity, priorities, decisions, and action. Community Safety Strategy (City of Red Deer); Strategic planning with the Downtown Business Association (Red Deer), Safe Harbour and leadership teams (City of Red Deer)

Strategic Clarity

I help leaders cut through the noise — surfacing what's really happening across their organization, and where to focus next.

This includes:

  • Strategic thinking and strategic planning sessions
Why this work is different

I synthesize, rather than prescribe.

How I work — and why it produces a different kind of result.

01

Strategy and humanity

I move comfortably between big ideas and real conversations — neither feels like a translation problem.

02

Progress through connection, not control

It's about asking better questions, listening deeply, and helping others see what's possible.

03

Optimistic — but not naïve

I bring calm and possibility into the room without softening hard truths.

04

People are good

I believe it, and I design work accordingly. The framing changes what's possible.

Who this is for

I work best with teams who will do the work.

Quick fixes aren't on the menu. Honest conversation is.

A good fit

  • Leaders navigating complexity or change
  • Teams that value curiosity, learning, and trust
  • Organizations willing to listen across perspectives
  • Public, nonprofit, and purpose-driven organizations
